This demo prototype from Blue Fang Games used the collision meshes from a previously existing game environment created for World of Zoo. I created this daytime environment (using new meshes and textures) within this constraint.
For the demo’s nighttime environment, the cursor turns into a torch to provide the main light source for the environment. I also set up all the plants and foliage in this scene to rustle and sway in the wind and the clouds slowly sweep through the night sky.
Textures hand painted in Photoshop, modeling done with 3dsMax. Monkey characters modeled, textured, and rigged by other Blue Fang artists.
